Altered RPMs found on

hello, i have a server with cPanel DNS Only, i have this error message every day Problems were detected with cPanel-provided files which are RPM controlled. If you did not make these changes intentionally, you can correct them by running: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix The following RPMs are missing from your system: cpanel-php54-Horde-Prefs-2.5.0-1.cp1142
how to fix this? i have try to use that command, but it still error thank you

    Please remove the following directory: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/54/lib/php/Horde/Prefs/Exception.php Also, remove all other instances of "Exception.php" under /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/54/lib/php/Horde/Prefs/. This should allow the "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix" command to complete successfully. At that point, you can run /scripts/upcp and access Horde to ensure it loads successfully.
