Error Log always empty

Hi, I saw this thread and I have a similar problem - the error log in my cPanel is always empty. In his case, it's the .htaccess, i checked mine but it's contents are just a typical wordpress .htaccess. I don't know where to go now, so I've come for you help. Thank you

  Hello, Do you have root access to this server? If so, check to see if the Apache domlogs are populated for this domain name in the /usr/local/apache/domlogs directory. Thank you.

  No I don't have. Any other way to fix this?

  You will need to report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. You won't be able to review system settings without root access to the server. Thank you.
