me.com attachment limitation?

I get this error form exim, I send a message with 50 MByte file attachment recipient@me.com host mx6.mail.icloud.com [17.158.8.114] SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=56881766: 552 5.2.3 Message exceeds local size limit.

  I would think most all mail services has limitations. Even Gmail. Message exceeds local size limit.
  What part of that message doesn't make sense?
