Horde webmail default settings

Hello, what is supported way to change the following default settings for all the users on Horde webmail? [LIST]

Time Zone

Language

Move deleted messages to your Trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox

Trash mailbox:Trash

Purge messages in Trash mailbox older than this amount of days. Thanks!
