How to disable cphulk permanently

Hi, I use cpanel in my website - Removed - It works great but I have one problem while logging into root. Even if the login is correct I am unable to login. Hosting provider says it is because of cphulk and gives temperory fix. How do I permanently disable this from cpanel.

  I will suggest you to whitelist your local machine IP by adding it in whitelist section of cphulk. But make sure you are having static IP. If you want to disable it then you can use below command. /usr/local/cpanel/bin/cphulk_pam_ctl --disable or
