Server Scan, Document root scan

I am using maldet and clamscan to scan my server files. clamscan is producing results in less time meanwhile maldet requires too much time to complete producing better results these days. Is there any other server scan software's available for free which is easier to manage ? I am worried about self triggered spam bots.

  Hello, You should be good with maldet and clamav scanners to scan accounts. Please note that maldet uses clamav's binary to scan files if available. If you want more security then I would suggest you to go with CXS which is paid but provides better security with exploits/malwares.

  Hello, You can use chkrootkit (open source program or tool used for scanning rootkits, botnets, malwares, etc) or rkhunter open Source General Public License (GPL) Rootkit Scanner similar to chkrootkit.
