Cant access cPanel

I bought cloud 1 vps with cpanel license at OVH hosting I cant add a database, ftp, and other stuff cPanel lets you do. Isnt this how my cPanel should look like? - Removed - Why does mine look like this, I cant do anything on it. - Removed - I called support and they are very unhelpful and dont know anything. I just bought this yesterday and I'm not happy at all with them, they told me to come here.

  Hm I dont know why my images were removed, but I'll try that now and report if there are any problems/how it turned out. Thanks
