Problem sending mails PHP mailer WHM not authorize send mail.

Hello, I"m having problems sending mail from PHP mailer with my VPS WHM server, when I try to send an email, when I make a Helo test I received the next log, can anyone help me please?: - Removed - Please remove all identifiable information including emails and IP addresses from your post and then wrap the relevant output in code tags properly.

  Try enabling/disabling below setting in whm WHM >> tweak settings >> In search option type nobody Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses (PHP and CGI scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using PHPSuexec and Suexec respectively.)"
