1&1 Plesk to Cpanel

Hi Everyone, Is there a guide on how to move accounts either from 1&1 to Cpanel or Pleask to Cpanel please as i am getting more and more clients switching now and need a quicker way of moving them. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Rockyuk
