No "uninstall_plugin" script?

Hi, I've created a plugin in accordance with the documentation here:

  /scripts/uninstall_plugin arrives in the upcoming 11.50 release and works as you expect. Hand it the original installation file and it will unregister and remove all installed files for that plugin.
