Hello, What happened The WHM/cPanel? Getting 500 Internal Server Error.   I will suggest you to check the disk space on the server. I am sure that server disk space or inodes gets full.

  The error is caused by inodes being 100% full. I managed to clear it after deleting /usr/local/apache/logs/modsec_audit which was using 90%+ of inodes.
