Find how file is deleted in cpanel

Hi Now i am facing a problem, my one files is going deleted daily automatically. i have changed my all password FTP, cPanel and Root Also but it today again deleted. i have find on access log but not found any log related to deleted file. please help me any one on this issue. Thanks

  I will suggest you to check cpanel access logs (File manager) in which you will find from which IP file gets removed. Also, check /var/log/messages files if it is removed using FTP.

  Hello, Have you installed LMD on your server, due to LMD scan the file might be getting automatically moved to quarantine directory so please check that if you have installed LMD on your server.
