hello, I logged in on whm with root and want to create a new account, but got this error (attachment) I am using a dynamic cloudserver, what could be the reason? how can I solve this problem? Can I force to reinstall by doing an upgrade of whm? please give me an answer... nobody can help?

  Hi, This error is typically and indication that your server has consumed all disk space allotted to it. As well, you should have received disk space alerts regarding this error. Thanks,

  where can I find the disk space alerts? Would a force installation/upgrading solve this problem?

  Hello, Could you let us know the specific error that appears in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you notice this issue? You can run the "df -h" and "df -i" commands to review disk space and inode usage. Thank you.
