SRV records for Office 365

I work for a school, and we are migrating our email to Office 365. I have created all the required DNS records, but Office 365 keeps telling me that the SRV records do not exist and that I need to create them. Please can anyone offer assistance in this regard? What am I doing wrong? I have attached a screen shot of the settings required by Office 365, as well as what I have created on my cPanel DNS editor.

  Solution has been found. Turns out the Name must include the service and protocol
