Can someone please help me, i am having trouble sending emails, Basically no PTR record for 176.XX.XX.XX, i gone into whm and added a PTR Record as, 176.XX.XX.XX IN mail.web1.XXXXXXXXXXXX.net. Brain has gone, i need other brains to help

  You'll need to contact your Hosting Provider to have the PTR setup for you on your server. There is no place for this in WHM.
