What happen after self signed certifficate expire?

Hello, im accessing my WHM using https:// (self signed certifficate) please what will happen with WHM access after my self signed certifficate expire (i see expiration date is very soon (was created on one year)) ? How should i proceed? Thanks alot

  Hello, Your browser will alert you of the expired certificate, and depending on the browser and how you have configured it, prevent you from accessing the page. You can simply reset the self-signed certificate at anytime via: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates" Thank you.

  Please how i can issue it for longer term than 1 year so i dont need to setup reminder to yearly reset it?

  It's not possible to generate self-signed certificates for longer than a year, but you should actually receive a notification automatically to the root contact address when their expiry is near. Thank you.
