Hi, I this a VPS? Have you ensured your server is not exhausting it's RAM? You can check `/var/log/messages' for "OOM" errors; however, depending on the virtualization used, this may differ. You may want to check with your host as well to see if this is the case. Thanks, 0 -
Hello, Do you notice any error messages when attempting to restart it manually when this happens? EX: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/restartsrv_clamd
Also, do you see any noticeable entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_paniclog at the time of the failures? Thank you.0 -
I get this error when I run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/restartsrv_clamd Service Error The system could not find the "/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/clamd" binary. clamd has failed. Contact your system administrator if the service does not automagically recover. 0 -
Hello, As per the logs, I can see clamd binary is not present in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin directory and due to that you are getting this issues, Can you please try to reinstall clamav on your server through WHM OR use following command to install clamav /scripts/update_local_rpm_versions --edit target_settings.clamav installed /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix --targets=clamav0
