Cpanel (can't access), squarespace and emails!
Hi,
I am desperately hoping someone can help me as making our website live is an ongoing, frustrating problem.
I have finally linked our website to our domain and it is live but our entire email system is down. I am aware that this is a semi easy fix i.e. redirecting our MX record or something like that, however we can no longer access cpanel or webmail online. It redirects to our website saying this page does not exist etc.
I know I can fix the emails (I think - so any advice would be grand), but can someone please let me know how I can access cpanel if I can't log into the page - is there another way I can log in and if not, what does this mean and what should I do!
Per Squarespace's setting up process, we created 3 new A records as such:
domain.com.au | 14400 | A | ip address
Also, as we already had a fourth domain set up as above, however with our host IP address, we edited it to match the 4th Squarespace provided IP address. I feel that this is where the issue is, as our host domain IP address is no longer linked - ?
I really have no idea though - someone please help!!

Yes! They haven't been unhelpful but they don't seem to have any solution as they don't believe there should be a problem. However, I have don't quite a bit of googling and it seems to be a consistent issue across Squarespace and CPanel DNS users.0 -
