Trying to hack my email server

Hello, I can see that some people are trying to use my email to send spam. it is being rejected by the server, but I would like to know if I need to worry about it or maybe add some extra security or if it is common and ok as email is being rejected. See the attached file with a example. Thanks all

  Hello, Could you let us know the specific entry in /var/log/exim_mainlog for that message? EX:
  exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
