Sending mail problem

Hello, Receiving email is working properly. But when sending mail, it remains in the "Mail Queue". When I force Delivering I have this message:" Spool file is locked (another process is handling this message)" When I send an email in my same adresse it work. but when I send to externel adresse I have the problem. Can you help me please?

  Hello, Can you please check what error are you getting in your exim log file ?

  I'm writing an email with roundcube in the cpannel of an email account. And then I send it. But... the mail don't get out. I tried to Delivering Messages in Queue in the WHM but it gives me this message : LOG: MAIN cwd=/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot 4 args: /usr/sbin/exim -v -M 1YgCaf-0004Wt-Cu delivering 1YgCaf-0004Wt-Cu LOG: skip_delivery MAIN Spool file is locked (another process is handling this message) When I try to send an email at the same adresse; it's work and I can receive my email . Well I don't know where I make the mistake... Can you help me please?

  Hello, What error message do you see in /var/log/exim_mainlog for this particular email? EX:
  exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
