Error Transfers to Plesk 12
Hello,
We have a server with WHM 11.48.3 and another server with Plesk 12.
We have made several transfers to Plesk domains WHM smoothly.
For some days we can not transfer domains from Plesk.
The following error message:
Count "Araceli": The remote execution of "pkgacct.server.gesinfo.com" was not Successful, or the Requested account, "Araceli" was not found on the server: "81.xxx.xxx.xxx".
What you can be the problem?
Thank You.

I have been moving sites from several Plesk servers to my new cPanel server. 236 so far. The last was moved 1 week ago today. Today when I start the transfer I get the error below. Same error on 2 Plesk servers. Please help! *************************************************** WARNING: The remote server failed to send the location of the transfer archive. WARNING: Attempting to guess the location of the remote transfer archive. Fetching md5sum of "/home/wmcbryde/cpmove-cowgirls.tar.gz" from the remote server " " Done Removing copied archive on remote server. Hello, Internal case number 184765 is open to address an issue where using "Transfer Tool" to transfer an account from Plesk 12.0.18 to cPanel 11.48.3.0 results in this error when packaging the account on the source server: Failed: The remote execution of"pkgacct.host.server.com" was not successful, or the requested account, "123" was not found on the server
Could you try using the development version of the transfer script and let us know if the issue continues? You can enable the development version with the following command:touch /var/cpanel/transfers_devel /var/cpanel/xferdebug && /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/synctransfers
This will cause the Transfer Tool to download the transfer scripts from the _DEVEL archive rather than the _PUBLIC archive. Once the need to use the _DEVEL archive is completed, you can return to the default settings by removing the touch files:rm -fv /var/cpanel/transfers_devel /var/cpanel/xferdebug && /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/synctransfers

To update, it was determined the issue was the result of a duplicate username on the Plesk server. Plesk allows duplicate usernames for resellers and system accounts, while cPanel does not. Thank you. 0
