cPanel Icons

Hi I have a reseller account with WHM access and I would like to add an icon to all cpanel accounts. The icon must have a link to my contact form / support desk. In WHM admin I have access to cPanel-->Branding If I open the "root" enabled (edit this style) - Removed - Which takes me to - Removed - Now how do I enable that first icon with a link in my WHM?

  Hello, The option you are using is intended to allow you to change the icon image. Creating a new icon in the cPanel interface involves installing a plugin, which you won't have access to do without root access to the server. Thank you.
