Recover data from old server

I used the server broke down, can not run, but I have all the files on the old server, how to recovery on my new server?

  Hello, There are no supported methods of restoring an entire file system. The only supported method is to restore the accounts from the individual cPanel-generated backup files, which include all of the necessary configuration data for the accounts.
