manual backup

I have tried to do a manual backup /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/cpbackup and I got this error message Backup Not Enabled (This can be adjusted in WHM => Backup => Legacy Backup Configuration) Could you please tell me what do I have to type to perform a manual backup (not Legacy), and if it will backup all the accounts or just the accounts selected to be backed up? thanks!!

  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force
  That will force a backup of the accounts selected in your Backup Configuration.
