CURL Error: sslv3 alert handshake failure

I'm getting below error when connecting to domain.com via WHMCS, == CURL Error: 35 - error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure == Using cPanel 11.48, Apache 2.4. The SSLV2 and SSLV3 is already disabled, still getting above error.

  Hello, I suggest troubleshooting this issue on the WHMCS support forums: WHMCS - Support Forums They should be able to better assist you if you are receiving this error message with WHMCS, rather than in cPanel/WHM. Thank you.
