Enable Postgres in cPanel

Hi, I have install cPanel WHM 11.46.3 in a CLOUDLINUX 6.6 x86_64 server. When I logged in as a user I cannot see the Postgres database in Database section. Is there any configuration to enable the postgres in cPanel? I have referred to the following thread to install the postgres in my server.

  Hello, Are you logged into Web Host Manager as "root"? If so, do you not see the "Configure PostGreSQL" option under "SQL Services" on the left menu? If not, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
