    Hello dear, I've looked at the documentation and i think i have set up everything but still not working. I've checked one email with the Mail-tester.com, here is the link mail-tester.com/web-fJtavj The error its saying: IP used in the HELO request The hostname should be a domain name, not an IP.
    How can i get a solution to that?

    Have you contacted your hosting provider or data center and requested they setup RDNS for your IP address pointing towards the hostname of your server? It looks like that's not been setup yet. Thank you.

    Hello, thank you for the reply. I've submitted a support ticket for this issue, we're having multiple problems now, even if Mail-tester is rating our mail system 10/10 link mail-tester.com/web-Os0PGV, Mail systems like Gmail are marking our emails as Spam. Do you suggest anything dear? Regards,

    It's really important that you ensure the RDNS record is properly configured. It's likely part or all of the reason your messages are marked as SPAM. Thank you.
