How to manage Disk Quotas Reseller

Dear all I need help, I want to create a reseller account, and if reseller create an account, quota of his account are decrease as much as the account of created account. I dont know how to make it, I try to create reseller for sample and i create account from the reseller, but disk quotas of my reseller still same as before I create account, how to solve this? Please help me :-)
