Subdomain Webmail has no formatting

Hi all, Hopefully someone can help me here, I have a a website/cpanel account on this i also have am addon domain, when I attempt to access the addon domains webmail the log in screen come up fine. but the follow page loads without a template/formatting screenshot attached

  Hello, Do you have root access to this server, or is this a hosting account you have purchased from a web hosting company? Thank you.
