Over quota

We are over quota and I can't get in touch with our server administrator. We are a small charity with a BIG fundraiser coming up next week and we need our email. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. Robin

  Hello, Do you have root access to the server? If not, you will need to consult with your web hosting provider and request they increase the quota for your account. Otherwise, you will need to use the "Disk Space Usage" option in cPanel and determine which files you can download and remove. Thank you.
