CPU usage and resource limit tools

Is there an app for end users that you recommend for helping a customer identify what's causing them to have high CPU usage or why they are maxing out their resource limits? It looks like the hosting company, Siteground, offers such features here: siteground.com/tutorials/cpanel/statistics.htm I'm having a challenging time locating something similar to install on our cPanel.   Hello, I am not aware of any applications that will list the exact or potential causes of CPU or memory usage. There's Cloud Linux, but that's just going to show the user they are using resources, and not necessarily tell them why. You may want to consult with a third-party developer or with that hosting company to see what they are using. Thank you.
