ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED after server was block and reinstalled

Hello and first of all hi to everyone, I am new here. I am using cPanel on VPA with domain.com vps. I had some problems with spam, some accounts been infected and send emails and server was block. Then I probe that it was not my intention and was up again so I decided to format it, reinstall centos and cpanel . I placed old files in /backup and i restore accounts . The problem it's now that for every domain I get ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED . Even are same settings like before and I checked many times. For a .eu domain appear to work fine. Please help me because from 3 days I try to solve it . Thank you .

  Hello, Are you using the same IP addresses? If so, try rebuilding the Named configuration file via:
  mv /etc/named.conf /etc/named.conf.backup1 /scripts/rebuilddnsconfig
  If the issue persists, do you notice any problems for a domain name when using a website such as IntoDNS? Thank you.
