FTP Backups Not Rotating

I'm having an issue where our backups are not being removed from the remote FTP server. I've checked the backup_transporter logs and this is what I'm getting. This has been going on since we switched from using NFS to FTP.

It's happening on two servers both running 11.48.3 (build 0)

Internal case number 101193 addressed an issue related to pruning backups on certain remote destinations, however that case is already included in the version of cPanel you are using. Internal case number 187065 is now open to address an issue where pruning remote backups can fail when FTP directory listing format is different than expected (a different format than what's reported in the original case). There's currently no time frame for a resolution, but you can monitor our change logs for this case number at:
