Repeated Password Prompts

It looks that this threat is quite old. But we are having this issues in our server. There is a lot of users reporting outlook credentials prompt. Even when they have the credentials saved on the pop account configuration. Does any one knows how to fix this problem? Is it problem of Exim or Outlook? Thanks in advanced for your reply. Regards.

  Hello, Do you notice any output to /var/log/maillog when the authentication attempts fail? Thank you.
