    Hello, Messages should not redirect to the ".Junk" folder if you have no filter rules or SpamAssassin configuration rules that move it there. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can review your system and verify where the redirect stems from? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.

    To update, it was suggested the rule was added to the individual email client to move the mail to the .Junk folder. Feel free to update the support ticket with authentication details if you would like us to take a closer look. Thank you.
