Where does the customer see the plan / package in paper lantern
I'm in Paper lantern and cannot for the life of me find where it shows the plan, need to know what plan the customer is on. :(

When viewing the paper lantern index page, find the statistics sidebar. At the bottom there is an "expand stats" link. Click it to expand the stats sidebar to it's full height. At the bottom of the table of statistics, there's a "Server Information" link. Click that and you'll find their hosting package as the first item in the table. 0 -

Sure thing. It has been a while since we did that so I apologize that I'm not able to recall the rationale we applied to moving it. Most likely it was that the name of the package isn't nearly as important to know as how many remaining domains or disk space (or email accounts or databases or...) would be. The idea is simplification. Things are still there, but users encounter only the most important things first. 0
