IMAP Login terrible slow (from 50sec to 1:10 min) help!!!

Hi guys, since two weeks ago suddenly the access through webmail using the imap protocol started to be very slow from 50 seconds to 1:10 min. I restarted imap/courier from cpanel, still slow. Also restarted the mysql (to check if there was a database problem of the webmail software), still slow. At WHM - Home - Service Configuration - Mail Server Configuration i have this as always do Maximum IMAP Connections (Total) 40 Maximum IMAP Connections Per IP 30 Maximum TLS/SSL IMAP Connections Per IP 30 POP3 working ok Load is normal Memory is ok What should I look??? All services are fluent and fine except for imap that is slow the login.

  Also I notice that in outlook mails take too long to be sent. In other server with the same config doesnt happens. /etc/resolv.conf info is ok too.
