Renewing SSL - Error: You can only enter valid domains.

Hi, I am trying to renew an existing SSL cert for one of my domain, so I go to the SSL/TLS Manager to generate new private key. But when it comes to generating new CSR, it shows "You can only enter valid domains" at the domains field after I had entered the domain which has already got an existing SSL cert assigned to it. I am very confirm that the domain entered is correct. Anyone can advise me how to go about it? How can I renew the cert without removing the current yet to expired cert?

  Hello, You should not have to generate a new CSR/Key when renewing a SSL certificate. Do you have a renew option available with your SSL provider? If so, you can simply install the updated CRT via "Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" in Web Host Manager. Thank you.
