Prerequisites for emails which pass DMARC tests
I have a very basic cPanel sub-account with a reseller.
Emails are getting bounced by GMX and there's no reply from AOL.
DKIM & SPF are both already on.
I'm guessing that DMARC test involves the PRT record ?
So; do end-users need to purchase a dedicated IP* for passing DMARC tests ?
* and then a SSL cert for client access.

Hmmm; I now think I can see the reason.... for example: From: Geo_uk X-Get-Message-Sender-Via: cpanel-nyc-01.cheaphostexample.com: authenticated_id: Geo_uk@mydomain.com The sending host and domain name do not match! 0 -
That should not be the problem. nslookup cpanel-nyc-01.cheaphostexample.com If the main IP address of that server is included in your SPF record, you should be fine. m 0 -
Hello, You mentioned that emails were bounced. Does the bounce message include any specific information about why the message was not accepted? Thank you. 0
