How to enable firewall in whm

Just installed CFS via command console and saw "Installation Complete" at end. But 1) the only two plugins showing in WHM are ClamAV and Munin - nothing for CFS or ConfigServer and Firewall. Also, 2) getting messages now about LFD failing which clearly has something to do with the install. Can you please help?

  Hello, Have you tried logging out of Web Host Manager and then logging back in? Also, are you logged in as "root"? Note that CSF/LFD is a third-party application. You may want to report these issues to their support forums at:
