Solution for limiting an account or server MPS?
I searched through old threads but found 404s on the apache mod links. One mod just limits the total bandwidth for time not the MPS.
I added mod_bandwidth but it didn't make any difference, not sure if it's broken or just not effective.
I added this and it says it was added:
Added /scripts/setbwlimit --domain=domain.com --limit=25000000
which I would think limits the account to 25 mps but they are still pushing 100 mps.
I'm I missing something or is there a better way to do this?
Thanks,

Thanks, I read that. Can you explain what mod_bandwidth does? 0 -
I'm so confused, so there is no solution to limit MBPS for an account? You have to do this with the switch? Most switches just have 10/100/1000 what if you need to limit it to 25 mbps for example? 0 -
There are no native options included with cPanel to shape traffic. There are some third-party options that are not supported discussed at: Thank you. 0
