    Oh do I have 1 too many zeros in there for 25 mps? Hmm the docs doesn't seem to say how to use it or any details on why it might not work.

    I'm so confused, so there is no solution to limit MBPS for an account? You have to do this with the switch? Most switches just have 10/100/1000 what if you need to limit it to 25 mbps for example?
