Disabling TLS encryption support for specific FTP account

Hello, I have a third party software that doesn't work with TLS encryption enabled (required) for FTP. If I make it "Optional", it will affect server's PCI compliance status. Not all of the websites use this software, so I'm looking for a way to disable TLS encryption for specific account only. Is that possible? Thank you.

  Hello, It's only possible to configure that setting for the entire FTP service. You can't adjust it on a per-domain or per-account basis. Thank you.
