which license do I need

Hi all, Right now I use WHT and cPanel with a server leased at GoDaddy. A friend has been generous to me and gave me a cloud server (centos) in his AWS account. The os is the same version as godaddy. What license do I need to purchase to have WHM and cPanel on this new server? This server is used to give free space to starving musicians so i want to keep my cost down. If I ain't afford cPanel is there any other cPanel/WHM open source package for me to use? Thanks in advance, Steve Lewis
