cPanel update hanging
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp was running as pid '12370' for longer than 6 hours. cPanel will kill this process and run a new upcp in its place.
Hi,
Is this something to be concerned about or should I leave it to sort itself out? my server guy is away for a few days and as it goes, these things do not occur when the techs are available.

Hello, You can find the cPanel update logs in the following directory: /var/cpanel/updatelogs/ Review the most recent update log (or the one before it) to see which part it was unable to proceed past. Thank you. 0 -
Hi Michael, I am unable to run commands and see this info as my server technician is away. 0 -
Feel free to update us with the outcome once you are able to obtain root access via SSH and take a closer look. You should not experience any issues in the meantime if the update completed successfully on the second attempt. Thank you. 0 -

You won't be able to troubleshoot that message further without root access to the server to review the cPanel update logs. Thank you. 0
