Access Cpanel account through Free IP address (no-domain)

I'm in the process of transferring a large e-commerce store over to a new dedicated server we acquired this week. I want to get everything transferred over and installed/working before directing the domain towards the new server. Is there a way I can setup a new Cpanel account without using a domain and be able to access it through one of my free unused IP addresses available to my server? Thanks

  Hello, You should simply configure it with the actual domain name, and then update the hosts file on your computer so that the domain name resolves to the new IP address it's configured with on the new server: Hosts File Thank you.
