Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
Hi there
I am having issues with our emails, we have a dedicated server and hosting a website with dedicated IP address. The site can receive and send emails to gmail. Also we can send emails to other service providers but when they reply they get the following error:
- Removed -
The website or server is not blacklisted and we started having these issues after Datacentre issues and the hosting company can not help as it's a self-managed server.
Please help as I cant solve this on my own, i've been search for the past 4 days and so far no luck.

Hello, Is the domain name listed in the /etc/localdomains file on your cPanel server? Do you notice any error messages when searching for that email address in /var/log/exim_mainlog using the "exigrep" utility? Thank you. 0 -

To update, it looks like the hostname did not resolve to the correct IP address, and RDNS was not configured. The user was advised to address these two issues in order to resolve the problem. Thank you. 0
