    Hello, Have you setup multiple account level filters, or have you setup a single account level filter with multiple conditions? Do you have root access to this server? If so, would you mind opening a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can review the filter rules you have enabled?     Hi Michael. I have set up multiple rules under Account Level Filtering. I tried to open a ticket and then it asks for my IP address and then support access ID. I got the IP address, but I'm confused as to how I can get the support access ID. What's a shell? what's a WHM? Is there a simple way to just respond to my question above? I think I created a support ticket under ticket number 6489925. Please confirm.

    Hello, You may want to try using a single rule with multiple conditions instead of multiple rules with separate conditions for each rule. Also, since you do not have root access, it's likely a good idea to consult with your web hosting provider so they can review your rules and verify if there are any issues. Thank you.
