root login problems

hello, I am logging into my whm via root acces, after a few minutes my root login doesnt work, I am not able to login. Changing IP or trying from an other ip/pc doesnt work.. after few hours it works suddenly, whats going on in here? please help

  Seems something to do with server network access issue from your location / networks in your area rather than a Cpanel / WHM issue

  Yes Right, You are getting this issues due to cPHulkd protraction, You need to add your IP in white list. You can add it through command line OR WHM,
  /scripts/cphulkdwhitelist 192.168.0.20
