Manage Account Suspension Error

So when I am trying to suspend an account using WHM as root, I am getting this error: Suspension of yourdomain.com bad response exception. Please contact your system administrator. Pre-suspend hook script returned failure. Restarted all the services, still nothing.

  Hi :), Have you tried suspending the account through SSH? You can use command as below: /scripts/suspendacct username Replace the username with the username which you wish to suspend. If you get error, then please paste here.

  Hello, Per your support ticket, it looks like this is caused by a third-party application you have installed that's utilizing the pre-suspend hook. You may want to temporarily disable this application to verify it's the cause of the problem. Thank you.
