"The requested URL / was not found on this server." issue with some new accounts

Hi, Every so often when a new cPanel account is created manually on every 4 of my servers, visiting the domain will give the error "The requested URL / was not found on this server.", even if the domain has content. This is not a DNS issue. To fix it I have to comment out "RDocumentChRoot /home/virtfs/xx /home/xx/public_html" in the vhost block, does anyone know why this is? Other vhosts have this line with no issues.

  Hello, Could you elaborate on how you ruled out any DNS/cache issues? I've not seen any cases where the RDocumentChRoot value would cause this problem. Thank you.

  Yes, verified domain and www.domain are pointing to the correct IP from the client side and tested this on several domains. Cache has been cleared and different browsers used to verify its this line!

  You can disable the following option under the "Security" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings": "EXPERIMENTAL: Jail Apache Virtual Hosts using mod_ruid2 and cPanel" jailshell" Thank you.
