    Hello, Could you elaborate on how you ruled out any DNS/cache issues? I've not seen any cases where the RDocumentChRoot value would cause this problem. Thank you.

    Yes, verified domain and www.domain are pointing to the correct IP from the client side and tested this on several domains. Cache has been cleared and different browsers used to verify its this line!

    You can disable the following option under the "Security" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings": "EXPERIMENTAL: Jail Apache Virtual Hosts using mod_ruid2 and cPanel" jailshell" Thank you.
